Do I need martial arts experience?+

No. The workshop is designed for beginners and women with little or no previous martial arts experience.

Do I need to be in shape?+

Not at all. You can participate at your own pace. The goal is to learn practical skills and build confidence, not to test your athletic ability.

What should I wear?+

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. You do not need a gi or specialized martial arts equipment.

Is this workshop only for experienced athletes?+

Will there be physical contact?+

Some techniques may involve working with a partner. Instruction will be guided by coaches, and participants can communicate their comfort level throughout the workshop.
